・朝晩、洗髪後などに1日2回程度、毎日継続して使用することをおすすめします。
・よく振ってからノズルの向きを確かめ、缶の頭部を上向きにして、頭皮に直接スプレーし（3秒以内）、マッサージしてください。

Usage and dosage
